The latest HP2628 launched by Hypower Micro has charging front-end overvoltage and over temperature protection functions. Supports a wide input voltage operating range of 3V to 60V. The overvoltage protection threshold can be set externally or using internal default settings. The ultra fast overvoltage protection response speed can ensure the safety of the subsequent circuit. This product integrates an ultra-low conduction impedance nFET switch, ensuring higher performance in battery charging system applications. It can withstand a peak current of 5A and a continuous working current of 3A to meet the requirements of the battery charging system. This product also integrates an overheat protection shutdown and automatic recovery circuit to prevent continuous high current from causing chip overheating and failure.
